UNIVERSITIES ASSOCIATION FOR LIFELONG LEARNING (UALL) 2010 ANNUAL CONFERENCE
From widening participation to employer engagement: lifelong learning in higher education
14th to 16th March, Rewley House, University of Oxford
The conference focuses on employers, regions, communities, individual learners and further education colleges and the programme will include keynote presentations, workshop sessions, network presentations and international comparisons. This event will include immediate and future issues for the Higher Education Lifelong Learning community and will be of particular interest to policy makers, senior management, academic providers and administrators in lifelong learning both nationally and internationally.
Call for Papers:
Proposals are invited on academic, policy, practice and administrative topics. The conference programme will be flexible to include formal presentations, workshops and shorter seminar papers and poster sessions. Please send your proposal of no more than 300 words by 30th December 2009 to me, Lucy Bate, at: admin@uall.ac.uk.

40th SCUTREA CONFERENCE

The 40th Annual SCUTREA Conference is scheduled for Tuesday 6 to Thursday 8 July 2010. The conference will be organised from the University of Warwick, three miles south of the centre of the city of Coventry in Kenilworth. The conference has previously been held there in 1999 - the 29th Annual Conference. The Conference Organiser then was Barbara Merrill, and it is she that will again be the organiser for the 2010 Conference. Details will updated on this website as they become available.
